Sunflower Nursery School started in 1993 with the first setting in Ash Vale which is now based at the Ash Football & Social Club.

The second setting at the St. John Ambulance hall Ash Vale was started in 1999.

The third, at the village hall in Jacobs Well, was set-up in 2003.
